SAC CITY, IOWA – SEPTEMBER 7, 2010
There was no document that required signing. The Early City Council already approved this. The construction will take place in Early, Iowa’s transition zone.
The construction has begun, but there will be no visible structures up by fall. It is not known if a turning lane will be constructed.
