ReplyDeleteIf they have been paid in full and have not finished the project in my opinion is fraud and theft which is criminal!!
ReplyDeleteI bet if you ask to see the construction contract, you will find that there was never one done!!!! That makes it a civil case and not a criminal one. Just trusting people on their word. What has this world come too. What happened to the hand shake deals of our forefathers
ReplyDeleteWhy do people think it's ok to screw over our small town projects? This was for the vets. The contractor should be ashamed. Sounds like the lady who stole from the school and community of Lake View a few years ago.
