Shirley Phillips has apparently decided to become personally involved in raising the price of our gasoline.

''If people want good roads to drive on - and certainly they can look around and see the condition the roads are in now - than we're going to have to pay for that,'' Phillips said. ''And probably the easiest on our pocketbooks is a few cents per gallon.''
