Marry Higgins is a resident of rural Early, Iowa and was friends with Tracey Richter at the time of the Wehde shooting. She claims Richter told her about what defense claims was Dustin Wehde's journal.
Richter is accused of Murder in the First Degree.
All people accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
