45 year old Tracey Ann Richter-Roberts, has been accused by the Sac County Attorney Ben Smith on behalf of the State of Iowa of murdering 20 year old Dustin Wehde in 2001. In what was her initial court appearance, Richter-Roberts was ordered held without bond at 12:07PM in Sac County Magistrate Court by Judicial Magistrate Warren Bush.

    They had this proceeding w/out her attorney present??They wanted the public excluded?/What kangaroo court is this??
