...the Planning and Zoning Commission to be specifically used for clean up of dilapidated properties.
The Finance Committee rejected this notion and in January, 2011 recommended to the council that the P&Z come to the council and ask for the money on a case by case basis. Upon approval, the money will be awarded from the miscellaneous fund.
