April 4, 2011 Sac City Planning and Zoning Board elects officers, moves meeting times

SAC CITY, IOWA – APRIL 4, 2011
1. Call to Order.
Terry Duffy, Steve Gerry, Tammy Vine, Sharon Mayo, Shirley Phillips, Nick Frohardt, Jerry Youll, Arnold Thomas
Also present, Curtis Bloes, Adam Ledford, Nick Frohardt, Dale Wegner.

2. Election of officers.

Secretary
Adam Ledford
- Asked that an assistance secretary be appointed for those times when he is unable to be present.

3. Time of meetings moved to 6:30PM first Mondays of the month.

4. Discussion of the minutes of the October 4, 2010 meeting.
5. Approval of the minutes of the October 4, 2010 meeting.
