A team 8th grade ESC volleyball team ends the season 9-0

The 8th grade volleyball team took on the Prairie Valley Warriors in Jr. High Volleyball action on Thursday, October 14 in Sac City.

The A team ended their season with a 9-0 record by taking the best two out of 3 games 21-14, 21-12, 6-15.
Kylie Belt hit 11 out of 11 serves and Megan Pickhinke completed 12 for 14 serves with 2 aces to lead the A team in serving.
Jaylynn Peters completed 11 out of 12 attacks with 3 kills to help with the win.

The B team dropped its first match of the season to end with an 8-1 record 6-21, 21-19, 8-15.
Jackie Peterson hit 10 out of 11 serves with 2 aces to lead the B team in serving.
Leading the B team in hitting was Sydney Schwanz who completed 14 out of 17 attacks with 5 kills.

The C team finished with a record of 1-8 for the season losing to Prairie Valley 22-24, 13-21, 15-10.
Ashlnn Jarvis hit 10 out of 12 serves with 2 aces in serving for the Raiders.
