Sac City council approves bill for additional housing rehab project
SAC CITY, IOWA – AUGUST 23, 2010
The Sac City Housing Rehab Program is designed to help homeowners in Sac City eliminate health and safety problems with their homes and help to extend the usable life of the home.
It was determined at the conclusion of the first round of rehab projects that there was additional money available to help Sac City homeowners. This is the contract for the first of those projects.
Related to this is a bill for technical services in the amount of $3,767.00 for which the council approved payment.
