Week after week, in a column by Alan Galbraith entitled "As It's Seen From Here," Dale Wegner, Editor of The Sac Sun seems to allow material to be openly poached from the internet under Mr. Galbraith's byline. Apparently no attempt is made to even shake up the order of said poached material, and certainly no attempt is made to attribute material.
The following are two possible sources for the column that appeared in the December 8, 2009 edition of The Sac Sun.
