Accident with inury Saturday
The following is a Sac County Sheriff's Department Press release
Sac County Sheriff’s Office investigated a single vehicle accident that sent three persons to Loring Hospital in Sac City. The accident occurred just north of 330th on Voss Ave on Saturday November 7, 2009 at about 12:53PM.
Sierra Werkmeister age 14 was operating a 1995 Oldsmobile 88 south on Voss Ave. when she lost controlled and entered the west ditch and rolled several times coming to rest back on the roadway.
Werkmeister and two passengers 15-year old Ashley Johnson of Sac City and 12-year old Jourine Brown of Odebolt were all transported to Loring Hospital in Sac City by the Lake View Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
Werkmeister was charged with Failure to Maintain Control and will also be charged with Violation of Instruction Permit limitations.
