At this times I'm witness to mutiple groups of people roaming around Early... Some looked shocked, some have formed cleanup crews and are helping their neighbors...
We were there a while ago assisting some workers from the City of LV and a few others from LV. It is quite a mess, but very touching to see everyone helping each other and how people come together.
