The Sac City Council approved the recommendation of the county assessor that the following property owners are eligible for tax abatement under the city’s urban revitalization plan:
Park View/Park Place
Brian and Jackie Mahler
Richard and Nancy Auen
Bruce Conholm
Doug and Sharon Myers
Brian and Karen Mentzer
